The Western Foundation of Vertebrate Zoology (WFVZ) Bird Museum is a non-profit public charity, and we rely on charitable donations, as well as grants and contracts for specific research projects. To expand our work here at the WFVZ Bird Museum, we created a GlobalGiving page as another way to fund our mission! GlobalGiving is a nonprofit organization that strives to support other nonprofits by connecting them to donors and companies all around the world.
Based on feedback from our members, we are working to have more open days at the museum, more guided tours, events, and classes as well as more access to the collections for researchers and artists! In order to expand access to the museum, we need more funding for these events and the staff to help run them, which is where you can help!
